The sitter stays throughout the night until the next morning and then leaves between 6am-8am.  Sitter comes back mid-day for a lunch visit and this is usually a 30-45 min visit. Home does not have animals but would like a sitter to stop by and make sure place is good. Some duties consist of mail retrieval, lights on and off, plants watered. If owner would like a live-in house sitter then special arrangements will be arranged with pricing.
